General Shipping Policy
All of our products are lovingly crafted in Great Britain and made to order, therefore are generally mailed out between 2-5 business days and 5-10 business days during special circumstances after the order is placed.

Due to COVID restrictions there are no guarantees on shipping times and customs clearance can also take longer. Thank your for your patience. Please check regularly your emails or the Spaces App for updates and tracking information before contacting us asking, make sure to double check your junk email items too.

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. We will provide tracking numbers for our shipments, however, It is the buyers own risk once the package has been shipped. If a package has not been delivered, we will try to work with you to resolve the issue as fairly as possible.

Additional Shipping Information
Shipping to Canada, Australia and New Zealand may take up to 30 days due to local restrictions. If you do still require international shipping, you accept all risk, liability, and responsibility for your products in your package and any duties to be paid.
